Are you ready baby?

Two days ago was the expected due date for my baby to see the world but until now, she is still on my belly. I'm kind of run out of patience because It feels like forever waiting for her to be born. My friends say that since it's my first child, so it's going to take a little while. I've been doing some exercise to trigger contraction but of no avail. Well...guess I just have to be more patient. Sooner or later my baby will come and I'm very excited for that day.

Almost due

Today I went to my OB appointment and I'm so glad that the baby is doing great! I heard her heartbeat and she sounds so enthusiastic.

Well, she moves a lot.kicks me a lot.you know...The closer my due date, more anxious I become.

Oh how enjoyable would it be to cuddle my own babygirl soon though I feel tired nowadays since I travel to the restroom often at night. But I know as soon as I see my child, everything will be great! I can't wait to see the greatest gift of God for me and my hubby!

Why Thankful?

I am thankful
FOR THE HUSBAND
WHO IS ON THE SOFA
BEING A COUCH POTATO,
BECAUSE HE IS HOME WITH ME AND NOT OUT AT THE BARS.
FOR THE MESS TO CLEAN AFTER A PARTY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE BEEN SURROUNDED BY FRIENDS.
FOR THE CLOTHES THAT FIT A LITTLE TOO SNUG
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE ENOUGH TO EAT.
FOR MY SHADOW THAT WATCHES ME WORK
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM OUT IN THE SUNSHINE
FOR A WINDOWS THAT NEED CLEANING
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE A HOME
FOR ALL THE COMPLAINING I HEAR ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT
BECAUSE IT MEANS WE HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH. .
FOR THE PARKING SPOT
I FIND AT THE FAR END OF THE PARKING LOT
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM CAPABLE OF WALKING AND I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH TRANSPORTATION .
FOR MY HUGE HEATING BILL
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM WARM.
FOR THE CHILD I'M BEARING
BECAUSE IT MEANS I'M CAPABLE OF BEING A MOM.
FOR THE PILE OF LAUNDRY AND IRONING
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE CLOTHES TO WEAR.
FOR THE ALARM THAT GOES OFF
IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM ALIVE.

Hmmm Yummy!

It's hot! It's spicy! It's mouth watering! Hmmmmm...It's fingerlickin good! It's the tak-kalbi ! One of the Korean dish that I love to eat. Some people say that spicy foods aren't really good for pregnant women. But I researched about it and Yay!...Experts says it isn't bad at all and besides I don't eat that much. My hubby really don't wanna eat korean foods but when he tried tak-kalbi, he changed his taste.haha...now he craved more than me. So guys, here's how the food look like in case you don't know

U feel me mommy?

Have you ever been kicked? Did it hurt? How about you're being kicked in your belly? And the one who did it is inside your belly? How do you think it feels? These are just some questions I was so curious about when I see pregnant women. And now, I got an answer! My baby been moving a lot lately. Not just soft but it's like she wants to dig a hole in my belly so she can come out. Hahaha... It feels really weird especially when you look at my tummy it's like a balloon that's going to explode. I can't wait any longer anymore! I'm kind of bored being pregnant. I'm so anxious to see my lil angel!

Natal Day

Yeah today is the day wherein my mom, 24 years ago pushed and pushed until I came out. hahaha .... There are so many things I'm so thankful of to God for the life he gives me. I feel so lucky to have such great parents. They molded me of who I am now. You know what, I believe God loves me b'coz He made me stronger with all the trials that came into my life, all the blessings and He gives me such a wonderful husband to whom I can rely on, cry on, laugh with and get crazy with.

I can't believe I'm now 24 and married and expecting a baby girl. Time runs so fast isn't it? I just hope that for another year and more years to come with my life, I could stay thesame or change to a better person. I know there are so many things awaits on my way, good and bad. But whatever it is, I believe God would help me and of course my family, my husband and my child will stay!

God's Whisper

The man whispered, "God, speak to me" and a meadowlark sang.
But, the man did not hear.
So the man yelled, "God, speak to me" and the thunder rolled across the sky.
But, the man did not listen.

The man looked around and said, "God let me see you." And a star shined brightly.
But the man did not see.
And, the man shouted, "God show me a miracle." And, a life was born.
But, the man did not notice.
So, the man cried out in despair, "Touch me God, and let me know you are here."
Whereupon, God reached down and touched the man. But, the man brushed the butterfly
away ............ .. And walked on.

I found this to be a great reminder that God is always around us in the little and simple things that we take for granted ... even in our electronic age
